Same roof. Two ways to power it.
Both are engineered for your roof, installed by our own crew and carry the same hardware tier. The difference is what happens when the grid goes down.
Same modules, inverters and structure in both. Both carry the assured yield.
Nexergy Daylight
Panels, inverter and a bidirectional meter. You run on your own power through the day and lean on BESCOM at night, with surplus units adjusted against your charges.
- Lowest cost per unit generated
- Fastest payback of the two
- Nothing to maintain beyond cleaning
- No power during a cut
—
Best for villas where cuts are short and rare, and most usage is daytime. No battery, evening load comes from the grid, offset by the units you exported.
Nexergy Round-the-Clock
The same array with a 5 kWh battery and a hybrid inverter. Daylight charges the battery; the battery carries the villa through the evening and through cuts.
- The villa keeps running during a cut
- Your own solar at night, not grid power
- Net metering still applies
- Battery care adds a service item
—
Best for villas with frequent cuts, heavy evening load, or a need to back up the whole house rather than a few points. 5 kWh of storage carries the evening.
On-grid or hybrid.
| Feature | Daylight (on-grid) | Round-the-Clock (hybrid) |
|---|---|---|
| Battery | None | 5 kWh standard |
| Power during a cut | No | Yes, to battery capacity |
| Solar at night | Grid only | From storage |
| Net metering | Yes | Yes |
| Maintenance | Low, cleaning only | Medium, battery care |
| Payback | Shorter | Longer |
| Best for | Bill savings | Backup and savings |
Choose Daylight if
- Cuts in your area are short and infrequent
- You want the shortest payback
- Most of your usage is daytime, AC, pumps, appliances
Choose Round-the-Clock if
- You get frequent power cuts
- You want the whole villa backed up, not just essentials
- Your evening load is the heavy part of the day
Either can be quoted for your roof at the survey. A Daylight system can take storage later, the inverter choice is made with that in mind.
What 5 kWh keeps running.
Tick what you want running when the grid is down. The figures are maximum ratings, so treat the result as the floor rather than the average.
Pick the appliances you want to keep running.
Based on 4.24 kWh usable from the standard 5 kWh lithium pack (51.2 V, 100 Ah) at its rated depth of discharge. Real back-up depends on how much of the load runs at once and how much sun the day before gave you. Only Round-the-Clock has a battery, Daylight has no back-up.
What a cheaper quote leaves out.

"Other brands" is the pattern across quotes owners bring us, not a claim about any one company.
Premium components only. No exceptions.
A solar system is a thirty-year appliance bolted to your house. We quote one tier of hardware because the cheaper tier costs more by year eight.
- Modules
- Adani Solar or Waaree Energies TopCon. Nothing else is offered, at any budget. 12-year product warranty, 30-year rated performance.
- Inverters
- Enphase, Deye or Solis, chosen for your roof's shading and phase supply. Hybrid systems use a hybrid inverter sized to the array and the battery together.
- Mounting structure
- Galvanised steel from JSW, APL Apollo or Nezone, plated to 120 microns. Rated to 160 kmph wind. Warranted 10 years. Flush to the slope or elevated on a frame, decided at the survey, by what your roof and your water tank allow.
- Storage
- 5 kWh standard on Round-the-Clock, sized against your evening load. Charged by daylight, not by the grid.
- Monitoring
- Per-panel monitoring from commissioning day. Production, consumption and battery state, remote, from your phone, the same data we use to hold the assured yield.
Not sure which one your villa needs?
The survey answers it. Six minutes, no cost, and you leave with an assured yield figure, an IRR and a payback for both options.
